3Q provides an advanced rating system, that lets you have your say about the kind of service that you received.
At 3Q, your feedback makes a difference. We require that all our Business Providers maintain an approval rating of at least 70%. If they don’t provide you with good service, they face immediate removal from the 3Q system.
