3Q uses an advanced rating system that lets you have your say. To help us continuously improve the service levels of our Business Providers, you rate their service, and receive a free voucher in return.
Any Business Provider whose approval rating drops below 70% is automatically removed from the 3Q system. With your help, we maintain only the highest level of service.
