All 3Q business providers must maintain a rating of at least 70% according to the users of the 3Q System. 3Q business providers are reliable registered South African companies and must comply with certain standards regarding their annual turnover, years of business and staff compliment.
Companies that fail to maintain these service standards will be immediately removed from the 3Q system.
