New 3Q Launches
Today saw the launch of the new, improved 3Q system, an innovative online service that lets its users request a quote for a variety of services, and be contacted directly by the companies that offer the services that they’re looking for.
The 3Q system takes all the hassle out of looking for quotes. All you need to do is fill out the simple online form with your details, and 3Q’s quality assured Business Providers in that category will contact you, to begin the quotation process. It couldn’t be easier.
New & Improved
This is already the second iteration of this rapidly growing online service, with a brand new look, an improved user interface, and even more categories available to request quotes from than ever before.
“We started this system to provide a simple way for people to get quotes, without having to go through all of the hassle that it usually entails,” explained one of the members of the 3Q team. “Right from the start, we realised that we’d never be able to keep up with all the types of quotes that people wanted.”
To make sure they offered the best service possible, the team worked night and day since the beginning of the year to redesign 3Q with a new look, and improve the functionality for users and Business Providers alike.
Quality Assured Business Providers
The 3Q team is dedicated to having the greatest number of possible categories for people to request quotes from. But even their drive to make sure that as many industries as possible are represented, does not compromise their dedication to quality.
“Only Business Providers who offer top quality services, with a proven track record, are accepted at 3Q. We’d rather let users get only 2 quotes for their needs, than let a poor quality Business Provider quote them.”
The idea for 3Q originally sprang from the need to get 3 quotes when people looked for a service or product. The 3 quotes requirement is a standard, albeit often an unofficial one. And 3 quotes are the maximum that you’ll get for any specific service you’re looking for.
“Years ago, when we were looking for quotes for something for our offices, we noticed that when we used a service like this to request quotes, we were still getting calls weeks after we’d gotten what we were looking for. And it occurred to us that it would be quite nice to know that you’d get up to 3 quotes, within a day or two of asking for them, and that would be that.”
In some cases, thanks to their stringent requirements, 3Q only has one or two Business Providers in a given category. But they never have more than three.
“Our ideal is to have 3 top quality Business Providers for each type of service, category or industry. We might have less, when we haven’t found enough top quality Business Providers in that category yet, but we never have more than three.”
3Q Listens To You
Not only does 3Q apply strict quality guidelines, but they also pay attention to what their users say. everybody who uses 3Q gets the chance to give their feedback about the type of service they received. And if Business Providers don’t get a good rating from the users, their status as 3Q Approved Business Providers is revoked.
“We don’t want Business Providers who give bad service,” the team explained. “People need to know that when we say their service is good, we mean it.”
